We only collect what we need to respond to you and keep the site running properly:

• Identification details: name and surname provided in the enquiry form
• Contact details: email address and, optionally, a WhatsApp number
• Project details: suburb, property and project information you choose to share
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic usage statistics

Providing form details is voluntary, but without them we cannot respond to your enquiry or arrange a site visit.

Purpose and lawful basis (POPIA):

Responding to enquiries and booking site visits: legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request

Preparing quotes and carrying out installations: performance of a contract

Site security and error diagnostics: legitimate interest

Meeting legal and tax obligations: compliance with law

We keep personal information no longer than necessary:

• Enquiry-form details: up to 24 months after the conversation ends
• Technical data: up to 12 months in aggregated form

Information connected to an accepted quotation or guarantee is kept for as long as accounting, tax and guarantee obligations require.

We never sell personal information. It may be shared only with:

• IT service providers who host and maintain this website
• Installation and delivery teams, where needed to carry out your project
• Authorities where the law requires it

Where a service provider processes information on our behalf, they do so as an operator under POPIA, bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

• request correction of inaccurate information
• request deletion where we have no lawful reason to keep it
• object to processing
• withdraw consent at any time
• complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa)

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep personal information safe, including SSL encryption on this site and access controls on the systems where enquiry details are stored.
